Next Steps for Your Sponsorship

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your sponsorship:

If you’ve ordered custom elves, our team will contact you to finalize your design, confirm text for printing, and discuss production and delivery timelines.
If you’re donating without ordering elves, we’ll connect with you to confirm your recognition preferences and ensure your support is acknowledged just how you’d like.

Either way, we’re grateful for your partnership in keeping families safe and bringing joy to our community!

In partnership with the Woodfin Fire Department, The Fire Elf invites you to bring home some holiday cheer - and help make a difference. The 2025 Fire Elves currently available for sale at Woodfin Fire Department were sponsored and donated by generous businesses and individuals from past and current years.

Each elf sold directly supports fire safety education and local families in need.
